All orders placed with Working Order Inc. will be promptly shipped within 1-2 business days. All orders are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

Canada: $10 CAD via UPS Standard (Estimated 2-5 Business Days)

United States: $10 USD via UPS Standard (Estimated 2-5 Business Days)

Rest of the World: Rate calculated at checkout. If your country is not available for shipping, get in touch with us and we'll sort you out! 

UPS Express (1-day shipping) is available for an additional fee. 

Orders exceeding $200 get FREE shipping!

 

Order Issues & Refunds: 

All items sold at Working Order Inc. are FINAL SALE.

If there is an issue with your order please email info@working-order.com and include your order number along with the issue. We will do everything possible to make it right. *Please note that sizing is not reasonable grounds for a return as measurements are provided for all garments*

Lost/Stolen Packages

Working Order is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. If your package was lost, please notify us immediately so we can place a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf.
